★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This museum is quite small compared to the others I've been to and the exhibits itself is quite limited. If you are really interested in Hakka it may be worth it, but reading something online might give you more information than this museum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really interesting place to understand a part of Taiwanese identity. Not that crowded (perhaps due to chinese new year). The staff (volunteer people) was very welcoming even if they don't speak English. But it's not a real problem, every panels are translated into English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very educational, it gives you a glimpse of traditional Hakka culture. The displays are great and the descriptions are offered in both Chinese and English. It is a bit hot inside the building but it doesn't take too much away from the experience.
