Immigration is simple and clear, and the service is good. It will help passengers solve problems, but there are fewer shops and it’s boring when waiting for the flight.

一樓為出入境大廳，包含國內線，三樓為國際線；
機場雖不大，但便利商店、銀行、保險、通訊，均有設置；
國外來的旅客可以注意一點就是電子票卡，台灣使用多半為悠遊卡(i-cash)、一卡通，其中悠遊卡(i-cash)為最大宗，短程火車、高鐵、巴士、親軌、便利商店....等配合廠商，應用上非常廣泛，建議來台灣旅行的朋友買一張使用，台幣為100元，儲值另計，全台灣均可使用，並於各大捷運、便利商店等可做儲值
You can take the MRT-Red Line/to Xiaogang to Kaohsiung International Airport Station. From Exit 6, you can take the elevator and escalator to the first floor of the airport directly without crossing the road;
The first floor is the immigration hall, including the domestic line, and the third floor is the international line;
Although the airport is not large, convenience stores, banks, insurance, and communications are all set up;
Travelers from abroad can pay attention to the electronic ticket card. Most of the cards used in Taiwan are i-cash cards and one-card cards. Among them, the i-cash card is the largest one. .... It is widely used in cooperation with manufacturers. It is recommended that friends who travel to Taiwan buy one to use. The Taiwan dollar is 100 yuan, and the stored value is calculated separately. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best airports I’ve been to, both in terms of 'function' and 'fashion'. Where function is concerned, this airport has lots of facilities that cater to the needs of travelers. There are water dispensers in almost every corner of the airport, providing travelers with hot and cold water to quench their thirst. The foods sold in the food court and restaurants around the airport are reasonably priced; unlike some airports where the price is sky high. The toilets are well maintained and very clean.
What surprises me the most in terms of facilities is how thoughtful they are to the spiritual needs of travelers - there are worship rooms for different religions! Devotees of some of the world's major religions can choose to quieten themselves in their little place of worship. For example, there is a little chapel for Christians, a little 'wudhu' area for the Muslims and rooms for meditating for Hindus and Buddhists. Very thoughtful facilities indeed. But one does wonder, how many passengers actually make use of these facilities? Nonetheless, it is a good idea to pray before one’s flight... divine protection is needed when one is travelling.
Where 'fashion' is concerned, I'll let the pictures do the talking. Notice how aesthetically appealing the decorations are? My personal favorites are the colourful murals and green natural plants. Very, very appealing to the senses. Well done Kaohsiung International Airport!
