★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to visit and quiet. Have MRT and Light Rail to arrival there, nice snack restaurant can have lunch and take break.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Set in a city park, despite the building's drab exterior, the interior architecture is beautiful. Staff are friendly and speak excellent English. Quality bathrooms and drinking fountains are conveniently placed on all four floors. Interesting mix of exhibitions during our December 2018 visit: local sustainable architecture designs, contemporary photography, fine art paintings, textile art and more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The museum has great outdoor pathways for a short walk, which would be great for families or anyone (just avoid hot days though), although the lake/pond was just full of algae..
There were interesting exhibitions going on, which were free to enter with a student card (foreign student cards are also ok). Doesn’t have tons of stuffs to look around but recommend for those who likes to spend an hour or two chilled and with some arts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always worth a visit when in Kaohsiung! The museum is big and also spacious, which makes it the perfect place for alone time.
The exhibition's quality varies but art is a matter of personal taste.
Can't wait for the renovation to be finished!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited long time a museum for many years. Although due to coronavirus only very less was to see, but at least it was peaceful and quiet. It was a nice visit during hot day. Also had a discount, getting one ticket free.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is great, lovely, and awesome. There was an event when I came and the place was very packed. However, compared to Tainan Art Museum, the Kaohsiung counterpart feels like something missing. I still believe that the museum still needs lots of improvement
