★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 致電去詢問稅籍編號的問題，第一位接電話的承辦完全沒耐心聽我的問題就亂轉接給給完全不同單位的人，連續兩位都查無資料，後來才說他那邊單位不同==很浪費時間，態度極為不佳！
最後終於聽懂我的問題的承辦說要幫我轉接，然後就被切斷電話了？？？
效率跟成效都極差極度差

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 你們才是財稅專業，民眾搞不清楚那些稅務文件的差別很合理吧，沒必要溝通幾次就口氣不好，一副好像別人是故意去找麻煩的。
民眾也是有需求才會去辦業務，沒有期待承辦口氣跟服務業一樣好，至少把自己的情緒收好展現專業吧。
You are the finance and tax major. The people don't know that the differences in tax documents are reasonable. You don't need to communicate a few times and you have a bad tone. It seems that others are deliberately asking for trouble.
People do business only when they need it. They don't expect to be as good as the service industry. At least they should keep their emotions and show their professionalism.

當人民都不會翻法條嗎？到底是法治還是人治啊？建議大家在他們要開始唬爛之前先錄音。
