The Port Travel Center of Kaohsiung Port is currently under construction in Kaohsiung Port and shore transportation facilities. This building is matched with the Ocean Pop Music Center next to it and the Kaohsiung 85 Building at the back, making Kaohsiung's skyline more beautiful. The travel center can berth two large cruise ships of 225,000 tons at the same time (such as Star Cruises), and the maximum passenger service level can reach 2,000 passengers per hour. The design concept is to strengthen the combination of the port travel center and the existing urban tourism and develop commercial and leisure functions. In the future, this travel center will not only be the headquarters of the Taiwan Port Corporation, but also the sea passenger immigration center of Kaohsiung City.
