★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another tonkatsu restaurant from Japan. We ordered dishes with fish and two different kinds of pork, including pork toro. Overall, I think it is at par with a few other tonkatsu restaurants, pretty good! However, my pork toro could be fried just a bit longer, some parts were a bit soggy.

2019 review- soup was excellent. Fried pork chops were oily and too soft. No crispy. Drop one star.
2021- not bad for the crab.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Katsu restaurant is very popular and had a waiting line. The restaurant staff is very attentive, asking you if this is your first time. They will teach you the steps to eat the katsu.
The katsu is very delicious, the sauce and sesame mixed together is very good. You can feel the tenderness of the meat.
Overall I will come here again if I have a chance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably the Best place for Japanese pork! Avoid lunch hours. I enjoyed this authentic Japanese food very much! The service is highly efficient. Must Try. They have 8 outlets in Taiwan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place always long queue. Tonight we were thinking of trying something weird and no queue so we came in. It was a nice surprise. Little side dishes are nice. Pork chop is decent, not olily . Service is exceptional as the waiter will detect your need even before you say anything. My partner said this place has better service than fancy prime 168 steak house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place usually has a lot of people waiting in line. Finally, I had the chance to find out why after trying it out. The restaurant offers a variety of tonkatsu meals. Ordered the one with curry and I was happy on how tender the meat was. Besides that, the curry was also not bad. I think the side dishes were also nice since it helps you not get too tired of the taste of the tonkatsu. Better go here during a weekday to avoid crowds. They also offer you a refill of the shredded cabbage. The tonkatsu sauce and sesame dressing for the cabbage were also not bad.
