I brought a paper bag and wanted to hold two cups of drinks. The clerk (like Shi Ting?) also helped me add coasters to prevent the paper bag from soaking and breaking. Very good clerk ah ah ah ah ?? Five star praise

員工代表著你們的形象，
不要把教育訓練還沒訓練好的員工就推到櫃台服務，
你們形象越來越差跟我沒什麼關係，
但影響到我們顧客的心情真的有點ooxx

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店面、熊貓外送已經買過很多次了，服務態度真的很差，櫃檯人員好幾次都點錯甜度和冰塊，連點外送微糖都能做成少糖。
每次點外送都要等至少半小時，詢問外送人員餐點狀況，卻被告知是員工不理會外送人員，打電話過去詢問狀況才說要把餐點拿給外送人員==
也才四杯飲料而已不是什麼大單，我等了將近50分鐘，才拿到。去冰的飲料本來會有小碎冰也變成完全去冰，請問員工到底在幹嘛？
The storefront and Panda Delivery have been bought many times. The service attitude is really poor. The counter staff have ordered the wrong sweetness and ice cubes several times. Even the delivery micro-sugar can be made into less sugar.
Every time I order delivery, I have to wait at least half an hour to ask the delivery staff about the status of the meal, but I was told that the staff ignored the delivery staff and called to ask about the situation before saying that I would take the meal to the delivery staff==
It's only four drinks and it's not a big order. I waited nearly 50 minutes to get it. De-iced drinks originally had small crushed ice and became completely de-iced. What the hell are the staff doing?
