 After 23:00 on Sunday night, Kenting Street looks like a different world? From time to time, 4-5 motorcyclists roared by in groups. It really treats the Polis adults as air. What is even more exaggerated is that 90% of motorcyclists don’t wear helmets. Is this also the case in Kenting? Does the Pingtung County area not abide by the traffic laws of the Republic of China? Reasonable doubt...
