王	王儷諭 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上九點多詢問客服人員收件時間是三點到六點，到現在七點半都還沒見司機過來收，後來打去問說不是收件到六點而已，客服人員還說有嗎？？？？？自己公司規定都不知道嗎？？而且從六點打電話至公司詢問何時收件，客服回：說司機有收到訊息了，都快七點半了，連個人影都沒有，之後又打去詢問客服，也只是被敷衍帶過說『司機有收到訊息了，貨物量很大........』可以請公司好好分配一下貨運時間嗎？別讓客人如此擔心還要被客服人員不禮貌的敷衍回應...........
