司機素質太差.態度很差.明明有留電話卻不打.直接敲門.不是敲很小聲就是敲到像要拆房子!

早上九點多詢問客服人員收件時間是三點到六點,到現在七點半都還沒見司機過來收,後來打去問說不是收件到六點而已,客服人員還說有嗎?????自己公司規定都不知道嗎??而且從六點打電話至公司詢問何時收件,客服回:說司機有收到訊息了,都快七點半了,連個人影都沒有,之後又打去詢問客服,也只是被敷衍帶過說『司機有收到訊息了,貨物量很大........』可以請公司好好分配一下貨運時間嗎?別讓客人如此擔心還要被客服人員不禮貌的敷衍回應...........

哇,從來沒見過這麼沒禮貌、態度又非常惡劣的客服,五秒內惹怒人,詢問單號,我沒講清楚,你可以好好問,沒必要把我當你兒子在不客氣耶?問你有沒有聽到,還很刻薄的回我,建議客服提早換人,令人感到厭惡。

貨物寄貨人要打包好,因為嘉里大榮貨運南崁站業務量大,生意很好,員工根本沒空理會你,有次貨寄丟一件,向現場反映,他們還責怪是你自己沒打包好的,有點傻眼。
