已經打第五通了(總公司客服3通,大屯2通,而且到查貨的地方要轉接就都沒人接)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打電話都沒人接, 客服電話是設假的吧, 送貨人員還自己在進度裡說"客戶另行約時間" ~~~我在家等了一整天沒接到一通送貨人員的電話, 說客戶另行約時間, 是現在送貨人員都會心電感應了是吧?!! 超沒有職業道德的!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 來寄棧板貨,請堆高機比請神還難....要不是我是客人不能開,不然我早就自己開來下棧板了,堆高機手沒在動,翹著腳坐在上面滑手機...去請他幫忙一下,連理都不理...好像開堆高機很厲害一樣...等了1個小時都沒人要來處理....寄貨處戴眼鏡的男生沒客人就坐在那邊玩手機抽煙吃檳榔...完全把我當空氣...沒關係!我運費10000我去給別間貨運賺!有夠糟糕的站所!給一顆星都嫌多!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對於貴站所的物流管理方式有意見,雖然知道每間公司可能都有一定的貨物管理方式,但是新貨物會壓在舊貨以上這種方式在管理上已經有問題了。無法掌控各班別司機的出缺勤狀況更是有問題的管理方式。
網路訂貨確定到站所了,過兩三天都還沒到客戶手中。請站內人員幫忙找,還能得到因為貨物爆量無法消化的訊息,東西找不到,請我們自己去找?都不知道貨包起來長怎樣了還能找?這我無法理解。
打電話過去,多少會得到最近東西太多的訊息,但還是請各站所可以的話有個個別公告回報站所現有狀態,浪費了我的假期不能出門就為了等貨。
假若沒有可以好好的管理物流流程的管理階層,就請現有的管理層好好檢視現有一直被抱怨的問題。我知道基層人員很辛苦,沒有好的管理SOP跟福利回饋,也別期待能夠提升企業形象跟服務品質了。

The inability to control the attendance and absence of drivers in each class is a problematic management method.
The online order is confirmed to the station, and it hasn't been in the hands of the customer after two or three days. Please help the staff in the station to find it. You can still get the message that the goods cannot be digested due to the explosive volume of the goods. We can't find the item. Could we find it by ourselves? I don’t know what the package looks like and how can I find it? I can't understand this.
If you call, you will get information about too many things recently, but if you can, each station will have a separate announcement to report the current status of the station. I wasted my vacation and couldn't go out just to wait for the goods.
If there is no management that can manage the logistics process well, please ask the existing management to take a good look at the existing complaints. I know that the grass-roots personnel are very hard. There is no good management SOP and welfare feedback, and don't expect to improve the corporate image and service quality.

朋友於1/17下午由員林水果行購買數十 盒櫻桃禮盒,由店家所配合的大榮貨運 低溫托運至台灣各地。
等待多日,終於1/22中午收到。
(司機駕駛大型低溫貨車,無法駛進小 巷。仍願意步行親手將櫻桃禮盒送至家 門口。♡)
此時司機還頻頻致歉, 因年節將近購物 送禮所致運輸量大幅提升。
貨架上還置放許多待送物。
看了一下託運單,才知曉原來水果店 1/19才寄出,希望到貨日1/20。
那麼相隔3天到貨,在年節前並不為過。
在此要說聲辛苦了,司機先生。謝謝你♡
#有時貨物延遲卡關在寄出者所為而非運輸者。

#如遇年節、活動特賣會、某某購物節……前夕,要有心理準備請多些耐性等待。
(切莫責怪運輸業,已經很努力運輸物品進行中。)

(順序排隊可節省很多時間)
3.場地很寬廣方便停車。
4.收費以物品材積計算。
5.費用平價不會胡亂來。
6.忙碌中總會忘了微笑,無傷大雅。
(畢竟是專注在當下手頭上的作業)
這是個人體驗,不代表大眾的感受。(運輸物流業者需要大眾的支持與鼓勵。)
