服務態度爛到真的讓我大開眼界,爛到覺得中和所怎沒有人去檢舉。之前訂貨,司機送貨時已告知上班時間無法回租屋處收貨,請司機傍晚再送,司機口氣差就算了還說無法再跑一趟,要我自己去拿,哇靠,當客人都是凱子嗎?運費都付了,沒汽車去載機車也無法載,只好自己走路去搬,狼狽就算了還搬不動,跟小姐借推車還被刁難不能借。之後還發生同樣事件,結果這次司機懶惰不想送第二次,直接丟在樓下坳鄰長的老媽媽代收,鄰長回來把我兇一頓,鄰長直接打去告知你們大榮物流將貨收回去,並投訴房東,房東還警告我為何『送貨人員強迫隔壁一樓代收』?後來打去大榮投訴,你們小姐還一直解釋不是你們的問題,請問不是你們的問題難道是我的問題嗎?寫信投訴客服也石沉大海,要不是評語要給一顆星,我連半顆都不想給。請大家如果要寄大榮千萬不要找中和所,要不然會後悔莫及。

包裹於5/10八里所託運資料登入,5/11中和所顯示異常處理中,想說等了快一周寫mail給大榮總公司客服,昨天5/17收到客服mail有幫忙知會處理,今日看單號配送狀態貨物已到配送站所,中午就接到配送司機電話,於下午兩點多收到包裹,雖然等了快一周,不過大榮有處理好並順利找到包裹配送到就該給予鼓勵,謝謝
