人力不足或是無法達成客戶的要求至少也像新竹貨運一樣公告不收啊。

員工教育大有問題,收貨人員忙碌我可以體會,但對待客人上門時的應對態度,竟然可以情緒化的毫無禮貌,一點都不客氣!
大概貴公司管理制度與員工素質是不願意提升了。
好的物流服務業企業,即使面對超過收貨時間,有客人貨到物流現場已經來不及或不再收,也不須一副頤指氣使讓客戶不舒服... 好歹為人處世,一句抱歉因為時間的關係沒法再收貨,一句簡單又親切的應對都不會,服務人員有問題,顯見公司管理也是問題!
