掛了?!她怎麼知道我要問什麼?
我能體諒，客服一天要接很多雜七雜八的電話，
所以我也沒有要催的語氣或意思，
但講真的，客服真的很沒禮貌，
難怪評分這麼低不是沒有道理的。
