★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我的貨到站所放了三天都不寄出,就離我家10分鐘距離,電話也不接,貨運量太大就不要接這麼多單,對了我是用特力屋線上購買他們跟大榮配合,也奉勸大家不要再上面購買,不然你可能一個禮拜後才拿得到貨,雖然司機真的很辛苦,但這是公司體制問題,身為消費者我無法體諒,我覺得大榮可以倒一倒了,客服電話,信箱完全沒消息

最重要的是客戶還投訴無門,這樣的服務態度還能生存也是非常佩服!!
