負責我這一線的貨運司機服務不錯,寄貨也迅速,可惜打電話去貨運站很難會有人在接聽,除非自己跑一趟去貨運站找人詢問,這樣的客服品質大扣分。還不如直接致電司機詢問比較迅速得到解答

相信不是每位員工都這樣。 但領貨服務的那位絕對絕對是該被檢討! 司機大哥並沒有告知貨號,告知後這位尊榮不凡的先生先長嘆了一口氣然後好像我一副聽不懂人話似的跟我要了證件,過程中不斷不耐煩的敲擊桌面,用手指敲不夠再用筆敲,然後到自領貨架上像是幼教老師一般教我識字,傲慢且不屑說了聲:拿走。便頭也不回的轉身離去,最後更是怕我不知道他那忿忿不平的心情一般,砰砰的拉開他的椅子。整個過程讓我從疑惑、好奇、氣憤再轉而憐憫;如果有人看評論的話,這一顆星不是因為有任何可取之處,而是要評論的最低限度星等。絕對不推薦來這裡受罪!

如果你很空閒剛好又要托運,很可以找台南永康營業所! 指定時間內完成線上托運,卻一直等不到司機來收貨,電聯客服表示今天司機已經跑過這段路線,要等明天才能收貨,不過當時線上托運時間明明還沒過?? 於是~隔天到了,從早到等到晚(等到網站所謂最晚收貨20:00),還是沒看到司機唷^_^ 喔從早等到晚的時間,可是也打了不少通電話呢!客服回答表示司機貨很滿,他很忙,會再電話聯絡,再等等等~ 最後受不了再打客服,第一位接通的客服大哥說:司機沒收喔?(他也疑惑,呃我比你更疑惑) 轉到第二位客服表示:司機今天很忙,所以不會過去,可能要下周。 當下傻眼再告知客服:昨日就完成的托運登記,說昨天收不到,今天會再過來,結果今天也收不到?那下週確定司機收得到? 客服才表示:「噢如果司機這趟車收滿貨,那他今天就不會去那邊哦!所以線上托運成功並不代表今天一定會收貨,如果你真的很急的話可以自己拿來營業所做托運,啊但是我們的營業所已經關門休息囉」 以前也有用過大榮貨運,經驗很好! 這次又是另一種經驗分享~ 想反應給總公司也無法,因為還沒有托運,所以沒有托運編號 What a nice day!^______^

配送兩天,電話都只有打一通,剛好在忙沒接到,回撥給司機都沒有接,打去客服問什麼時候還會再配送,客服說這兩天會再幫我送,一直等都沒有等到消息,打回去客服才跟我說貨已經退回了??? 爛爆了==
