北投營業所3/11,下午去寄一般監控用攝影機,被告知要簽放棄同意損壞賠償才能寄,什麼鬼啊當我第一天來寄嗎?我都不知道寄幾次了,這還不扯明天禮拜六要寄到客戶那說要加40元說是早有的規定屁啦,我都來寄幾次禮拜六到貨的件了鬼扯蛋,更扯的是叫我直接去隔壁新竹寄哈囉這位收貨員你腦袋有洞嗎?你有當我第一次來你們公司寄貨啊,可以再扯一點沒關係!!

已經講了中午沒時間收貨隔天中午還在來一次 下午打好幾通電話想確認時間 最後一通終於接起來跟我說等等過去 也不說幾點? 我就是有事情無法一直待在家等啊 等到司機到了才打電話來 我回十分鐘到家收貨 司機也沒說不行 結果等我趕到才跟我說已經走人了??? 口氣態度也爛到不行 看評論你們也爛很久了 看來根本就不在乎 真的爛死 倒ㄧ倒算了?

司機服務態度極差,因為送貨時間不一定,剛好送達時家裡只有一個老年人,詢問司機「因為家裡只有一個老年人,能不能送上樓呢?」(我發誓,我口氣非常好的詢問請求),結果司機馬上口氣不耐的回我:「小姐,妳這個我沒辦法啊!我只能在一樓簽收啦」(口氣極差),我說「那有可能五點半後或者假日嗎?」,司機竟然嘖了一聲說:「反正你這個我沒辦法啦!你自己打去約時間啦」。 請問,回答個問題有這麼難嗎?客服口氣一樣沒有很好,真的是氣到一個不行,以後都會詢問賣家是不是跟你們合作送貨,如果是跟大榮,我第一個拒絕交易!!!!!!爛死了

從大學時代就一直在使用大榮,但最近覺得越來越爛了. 客服的態度超差,都不知在跩甚麼, 同樣的貨品我都寄了好幾年,一直都是上門取貨的 突然跟我說我不是契約客戶,所以不能上門取貨 又說因為公司最新的規定這類貨品不收了, 我就問那規定甚麼時候訂的,對方說從她就職時就是這樣了 我就問你來多久了,她就把電話轉給經理. 所以我只能對著經理炮轟那客服, 你們"大"公司不care我們這種小散客真的沒有關係 反正全台灣又不止你們一間物流公司 或許別省別間的客服都很棒,但我就遇到神獸 貴公司真是有愛還要養育這種神獸客服 BTW我就是4/11(一)早上10點~11點打到貴公司抱怨的難搞客戶
