中壢大榮貨運的電話沒有一次是有人接電話的。比起別的大榮貨運站別真的差很多!我覺得經營者要改善因為你會失去很多要寄件的客戶你也會得到要查詢貨件而無法打通客人的印象、我也曾經因為一個多禮拜沒有收到商品自己前往中壢所尋找!而且為何貨都在車上找到、為何不配送呢?那司機上班是把貨載去趴趴照嗎?所以這個站所我印象很差!不知道經營者是否知道貨件拖延的時間那麼離譜呢?要說你們貨件多、台灣大榮站別很少有這種工作態度。所以貨運公司不只有大榮、要我選擇我絕對不會在選擇這家。

Does the driver take the cargo to take pictures when he goes to work? So I have a very bad impression of this station! I wonder if the operator knows that the delay time of the shipment is so outrageous? To say that you have a lot of shipments, Taiwan Darong Station rarely has this kind of work attitude. Therefore, the freight company is not only Darong, but if I choose, I will definitely not choose this one.

也是個上市公司,但處理事情的態度跟流程真的糟糕到不行,客服轉來轉去都是語音,打到站所不是不接聽不然乾脆讓人打不進去,10月已經拜託朋友幫忙跑了2次找貨,現在又來...說人員不足也不對,廠商昨天出的貨今天到了,但星期一、二寄的貨確到現在還沒收到,至少也應該先進先出,反而舊貨一直壓都不處理,網站上的客服信箱確定有在服務嗎?寫過多次信件也從來沒有收到任何回覆...這麼大的公司做成這樣真的很糟糕

一顆星我都嫌多 連續兩次送貨來都是大榮貨運,只有大榮貨運都叫我們收貨人走出去到社區外取貨,其他物流都是開進來到社區裡面直接送貨,第一次說車太大進不來,但其他物流為什麼開的進來?! 第二次也是叫我們去社區外拿,理由是現在疫情嚴重,不方便進來社區?! 請問你是開車技術不好?!還是懶得開進來?!不然你直接待在家就好了!出來送貨幹嘛?!住社區幾十年了第一次遇到這種貨運,還用這種理由,真的聽不下去,那疫情嚴重,走出去社區外面就不嚴重?! 致電給客服永遠沒人接電話,那客服是要幹嘛?! 要寄貨的人千萬三思,別用此貨運公司,態度差,服務差,收貨人感覺更差!!!!

可以體諒貨件太多人力不足所以到貨稍慢,但是無法接受明明就沒通知到收件人,卻可以在貨況KEY另約時間派送。 可以接受太忙,接電話稍慢,但是無法理解為什麼中壢站所完全沒人接電話,早中晚打,隔一天打,都沒人接。 然後電話中不管什麼選項,最後的聲音就是"忙線中,請稍後再撥",打到寄件站所去他們也莫可奈何地表示"我們也都打同一支電話" 然後也沒有總公司的客服電話可以反應這種問題,只能寄EMAIL去抱怨,這麼大的公司怎麼能容許這種情況一直存在…
