電話形同虛設,打了好幾通都沒人接。 到底辦這電話要幹嘛?好看嗎? 公用的客服又只是語音系統,真的想問根本找不到人問! 原本只想給一顆星,但因為送貨員態度很好所以多給一顆。 在外面跑的很辛苦的送貨員態度都很好,真不知道為什麼營業所的電話都不接?️

給個五星補血一下... 大賣場網購本來預計20日到貨,結果18日一早就送來了 但是你們司機聯繫的手機號碼太像車貸、推銷電話就直接掛掉 想當然就沒收到貨...馬上回撥沒有回應,當下是有點不悅~ 到了客服信箱反映確認重新配送時間,本來是不期待周末會有回應 沒等多久就收到客服與營業所確認了貨況,會改在週一協助配送 其實也不是甚麼大問題,但是客服積極服務的態度還有營業所熱心 幫忙確認並馬上回報...這兩點是值得嘉許以及給予五星評價。 今日收到貨,司機的態度也是相當有禮貌...但是看得出要送的貨很多 很趕...如果每個收件人都要司機等一下或是回頭補送,累積額外花費 的時間就很難完成當日要配送的量,感謝物流司機~
