總公司居然沒有電話可以客訴,電話只能用來查包裹,要申訴只能網路留言,是申訴太多不敢接聽顧客的電話嗎?真的很想請問你們都是如何培訓貨運司機?我知道他們要送很多地方很辛苦,但是要送之前都不電話聯繫,其他家至少提前5分鐘打給顧客,你們是到了才打電話,完全沒有讓人時間準備,還說要把包裹直接放門口,客戶沒簽收就要丟下包裹走人?不論包裹內容物為何,這樣做符合職業精神嗎?有道德嗎?還說隔壁住戶有裝監視器,不用怕被偷,這是什麼言論?那麼真的被偷你們要賠償嗎?請他之後另約時間配送,說好了結果都不打電話直接把我們的包裹退貨了!太過分了!聯繫你們之後居然還沒有要好好處理這件事,也不打電話給個確定日期配送,讓我們一等再等,最後居然還叫我們自己去你們營業所拿!真的是太過分了!

看了前面幾位的留言,原來大家都遇到一樣的狀況,在抱怨之前先勸各公司行號及消費者暫時不要選大榮貨運(尤其是屏東站)。 我遇到的情形是國外有時效性的緊急包裹報關驗收後,從桃園機場委託人用大榮送到屏東,結果等了3天,期間電話沒打通過,持續打到有人接的時候才說司機離職了所以沒人送。 然後包裹就丟在集運場???????????? 最後只好我自己開車去載,更不用說時效性早就過期了,真的連一顆星都不想給。 業者的罐頭評論留言就不必了,我是一定會持續申訴到總公司回應的
