接了案子不派送,來電說物件太大只願意送到一樓,我話還沒說完說我能一起搬至二樓就被掛電話! 打電話去總公司客服也是態度消極,每天去電都要重複講解事件原由,客服還幫腔說他們公司就是不會送至二樓,連總公司的態度都惡劣至極!好巧不巧,我今天一個小包裹就是大榮送來二樓。 我物品是幅畫,東西就是大但不重,支付國際運費時秤重連包裝就25kg,連女生都能拿得動的重量。但畫很脆弱,需要有人一起搬上樓,如人手不足的話我也願意一起搬至二樓了,還不配送也未有任何由大榮的來電關心。 我地址就是二樓,如果因為物品太大不能送至二樓的話,當初就就因該先跟寄件方說明清楚,讓寄件方跟我溝通過,或根本不因該接案! 到現在都是我一直去電公司客服哪裡,東西就一直給我拖著,真是差勁又惡劣! 總結就是一間該被淘汰的物流公司
