破公司,包裹拖了14天還沒收到,每次接電話的都是不同客服,每個都說明天安排出貨,最後一個人還跟我保證週一一定會到,太棒了,我還是沒收到?我每天都在浪費時間打電話,然後再聽你們吹喇叭,然後等不到包裹???

很好奇大榮貨運的送貨員是只要是人類都可以是嗎?多次收貨可能不幸賣家貪便宜 選用大榮....沒有半次收貨是愉快的,比如近日一個原本愉快的早晨 大榮的送貨人員按門鈴 我問道:請問誰的包裹?司機冷冷的說 大榮貨運,再次問 請問是誰的包裹? 司機仍是不耐煩的口氣説 大.榮.貨.運!回答是誰的包裹好像是很難.....又或者說是我沒體諒大榮的司機可能不識字?無法回答包裹收件人姓名? 每次大榮的人員服裝儀態差就算了....常常還是穿脫鞋嚼著血紅色的檳榔亂吐一地!別家的貨運司機就禮貌週到 唯獨每次大榮的就總是同一類的8+9吃檳榔+沒禮貌..... 真是糟糕中的糟糕!

司機及接電話人員必須加強,送貨慢都沒關係,服務態度很差且撥電話去還接起來不出聲,如果總公司有看到麻煩教育訓練一下,看看別間怎麼做的,要不然這麼多貨運公司幹嘛選你呢
