★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有備註貨到前要先打電話因為人不在地址上,為了這次的貨運不知道跑了幾次到貨地址,等了一個早上想說今天貨運可能不會來了一到家就看到狀態寫配送完成???那有備註電聯是寫好玩的嗎?害我又急忙再跑回去!客服電話根本也是裝飾用吧!整體就是爛!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 貴公司理賠部"江主任"服務之差!完全不回電話!我的貨物9月9號寄出到現在、損壞完全沒有人負責!不僅把我送去的理賠資料弄丟、親自再補送去的理賠資料仍沒有人回覆!中間過程不斷聯繫、除了電話沒人接、不然就是有人接了,聲明會請江主任回電,依然是等不到回覆!!!(中間過程竟還有員工叫我打去消基會...真的傻眼有這樣的公司...)經過反覆不斷撥電話、今天終於接到了江大主任本人了!但態度、口氣ㄧ付事不關己、只輕蔑回說總公司12/25會賠$3000.!!!
這就是大榮貨運的負責態度嗎??將近4個月當中完全沒有人做任何聯繫、幾萬的貨物、運費就佔700了、草草結案是什麼態度?!這樣的敷衍實在令人無法接受!!上有總公司不良的示範、難怪會培養出這種傲慢官威的員工!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約好的時間司機沒有出現,打電話問情況只說是司機今天很忙晚點等司機聯絡。本來有其他事要接著處理等了半小時沒有音訊,打電話回去問一通沒接一通直接被掛斷,靠其他人電話打過去問卻變成根本沒有約到司機,不曉得到底是當初幫忙約的新人出錯還是公司本身的問題,給人感覺極差。

寄東西寧願選黑貓,也不要大榮
價格沒有比較便宜,但是服務比其他家差很多
1.有次從二樓下來收貨約三分鐘,司機不耐煩還飆罵三字經
2.送貨時,東西常常亂丟
常常兩旁就可放貨,故意亂丟在門口走道上
3.有次電鈴響,開門時司機已經開走,我滿頭問號,結果司機把貨丟在隔壁鄰居家也不講
4.最近也很誇張,司機把貨丟在門口大馬路上,然後就開走,還要客人自己要拿推車搬進來

該所有位號稱副主任的打來關切,說會好好跟主管說明,然後請司機改善。然後呢… 狀況依舊,該所物流司機依舊惡劣配送行為,沒看到何任來電就直接在網站註記成電聯無人接聽,然後沒送? 家裡明明有人在,電話一聲都沒響,該司機你敢說無人接聽,你竟然就不送??
請問貴司到底要怎麼處理該司機的惡劣行為? 這是造假吧…
