★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very friendly but this is a fast food restaurant. I’m from Kentucky, as in Kentucky fried chicken (KFC). They serve to go orders immediately, but there’s a 15 to 20 minute wait at this location? Don’t put Uber eats customers in front of your walk-ins. The Colonel would be upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs, but unfortunately the order prep is so slow and unorganized. I ordered 2 boxes of egg tarts for takeout. One with taro tarts and one box only the original one, but they only gave me one..... and still need to wait for so long?
I already left the restaurant and can’t go back again to get my tarts. My bad didn’t check it first, since I was in rush to catch the bus. The service is just a lil bit too slow for a fast food restaurant
(UPDATE)
I called the customer service and said that I haven’t gotten another box and I already left the restaurant. They immediately sent a person to deliver it to my house and gave me a free tart as apology.
Thank you KFC! ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came around 4 pm. Friendly staff but the french fries was super dry, cold and not fresh whatsoever. The fried chicken wrap was burnt and dropped burnt flakes too. I really like KFC in Taiwan but not this particular store. ?
