★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the fat waitress yelled at me because my Chinese is not good and did not understand me. I ask for respect and she shout me more. Inconceivable. If she hasn't been fired, they should fire her now

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, especially the altitude to customers(without any patient) and uneven spreaded souce in the hamburger (so awful when I taste it). I like KFC, but definitely not this one. Maybe, it is the worst KFC experience for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As many other customers mentioned, some of their staffs had really bad attitudes! For example, the lady at the front door taking customers’ info had a really bad attitude. I understand everyone is in a bad mood during this pandemic, but I still think their service needs to be greatly improved.
