因為我沒聽清楚,也只是說了一句「不好意思熊貓xx單號」,那位女店員也只是冷冷的回「我知道,請掃實名制」跟她說我掃好了,就開始跟我大眼瞪小眼,東西做好以後也是小小聲超含糊的說:「xx號好囉」然後東西就放在櫃檯,轉身走開,為什麼我看她跟同事可以嘻嘻哈哈笑得很開心,對我就要這樣?請問我哪裡惹到她了嗎?還是因為我戴安全帽沒有聽到她的聲音所以她才不爽?
拜託上班的時候火氣可以關小一點嗎….我只是去取餐沒有要當奧客的意思….

4/3晚上21:30到店點餐,櫃台有AB兩位小姐,進去之後A小姐負責點餐,每個動作或是優惠卷都要再跟B小姐確認,效率跟溝通真的很拖拉,幾經波折後,用世界展望會的兌換券換了三套小薯+小可樂+炸雞*2,然後還點了椒麻炸雞XL套餐、卡拉雞腿XL套餐,好不容易點完餐之後不到5分鐘的時間再跟你說你剛剛點的餐點沒有了要等30分鐘,跟他說了我無法等30分鐘可以退款給我沒關係,居然跟我說不可以?理由是你點了套餐不可能只對裡面的炸雞費用給你......這位小姐的理解能力有什麼事?!!當然是整個套餐退掉阿,然後跑進去跟負責經理說我發票要作廢,再出來跟我說發票作廢要10分鐘........什麼發票作廢要10分鐘,是系統問題還是人的問題........,後來店長出來處理發票的事之後,突然拿出兌換券告知說此券只是說明券不能兌換,要弱勢兒童卡才能換.........我滿臉問號!!
世界展望會提供的票券,清清楚楚寫著【憑券兌換:小份薯條+1,小杯可樂*2,炸雞*2】這句中文很難懂嗎?我跟他說了之後他又拿了券去裡面不知道再問誰,(這時候我已經怒火衝天了,因為他的態度跟語氣都非常差!!!!!!)出來之後跟我說不好意思他誤會了,到底?!!!然後才辦理發票作廢,1分鐘界結束了,剛剛前面跟我說要10分鐘...........
前前後後我耗了快20分鐘再弄發票的事,前面都走了三組客人,可樂都要沒氣了,我到底是為了什麼去肯德基?
速食店,為了就是快速,如果是因為餐點要炸、要烤、要製作這些我完全可以理解,但如果是因為人的作業,那就代表員工教育訓練打從基本就沒有做好,拿著世界展望會的兌換券就可以對我們說是弱勢?即使是有必要在小朋友面前講出來嗎?再說世界展望會的券上面沒有寫到弱勢家庭、弱勢兒童等字!!!!!!這跟人身攻擊有何不同
沒有人會想當奧客,我也沒這麼無聊,但最後會被逼得出現像是奧客的行為店家要負很大的責任,尤其是後面出來處理事情的江先生,他個人才是導火線!外面AB小姐的員工素質不足難到他不用負起責任?有甚麼好不耐煩的?服務業?我在現場我都沒有不耐煩了,請問貴為服務業,那是什麼態度?
