★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was amazing I would go back any day l. Better then Texas ranger by far. KFC's chicken is always hot and crispy and you got a lot of chicken with out even that much grease. There french fries are the best I have ever had, and I have been to some amazing fast food restaurants. And there facility is one of the best fast food facilities I ever need to. It's clean it's huge and has a bathroom. Let me also remind you that has 2 floors. Yes some people really like Texas rangers, but KFC is the under dog and better in Genral. There prices are really cheap. So if you are ever stopping by in Tianmu, or any place in Taiwan find a KFC restaurant. Trust me you won't regret it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah, so nice and friendly. I came there to hang out with my friends. It is a place you can go after school. Or just want to find place to sit or to work. Their chicken is not so dry and flavour. I love chicken with salad which is a better option for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very poor overall experience and I can understand the downfall of KFC.
1. I ordered 薄皮嫩雞 online because this is what I wanted.
2. I arrived the store at the previous assigned time and was told it is out and I need to wait 15-20 minutes.
3. Took them like 4 minutes on the phone to get a refund as they don't have the food that I ordered.
4. No apology at all for accepting my order while not having the food and making me traveling over.
My suggestion? Visit the Ranger's Fried Chicken next door where you will get a much better service, real "fast" food.. It took me less time to place an order and pick up from Ranger's Fried Chicken than waiting for a refund in KFC. Talk about fast food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a meal with two egg tarts, popcorn chicken, and fried chicken. What I got was a single egg tart and no popcorn chicken at all. The cashier was also rude - he seemed to be working on another order, ignoring the lady in front me who was kindly asking for a receipt. I don’t expect much from those in the service industry, especially when working under a huge cooperation like KFC which probably doesn’t give good benefits or pay; in fact I try my best to make their hard jobs a little bit easier. But our interaction consisted of him saying two words: 會員. And it wasn’t even addressed as a question so I was also very confused. Very disappointed in this KFC, will be going to the Texas Rangers next door.
