★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這個分行實在太差了，櫃台小姐只要進到後面小房間，就老半天不出來，櫃台上經常沒有人在，甚至還看到早上10點多一點，就看到兩個櫃台小姐互陪著出門去買飲料，即使有人坐在櫃台上服務，也是不管後面有幾個人在等，不是跟旁邊同事的聊天，就是跟客人哈拉半小時以上，客人明明只是存提匯而已，反正就是不管客人會等多久，另外，裏面明明沒其他客人，一進去，要嘛櫃台小姐就跑進後面小房間裏，要嘛就是遲遲不叫號，讓人一直乾等下去，這間分行的主管到底是在幹嘛啊？
