★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒事先通知未經同意，隨意就將車子從彰化開到台中大甲維修廠。且也沒事先通知就更動輪胎。造成輪胎損壞的責任無法釐清。在更換零件後,車子依然故障,但是卻堅持主張更換下來的零件一定是壞的,無法讓車主信服的做法。並且有問題就推卸給總廠維修長。維修技術差一個星期也查不出原因，最後把車丟去別廠處理還要收費。其他保養廠也有告知這間維修廠很有問題。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 晚上時間,台北去彰化路上發現輪胎螺絲有多顆鬆動,應該是前幾天在台北換胎時,技師的疏失!到俊宇後,已是下班時間,剩一位技師在收拾工具!本以為只是用氣動鎖個螺絲,技師說直接鎖緊不行,會內傷到底盤零件!!還是上了頂高機,再鎖!且每一顆都幫我再次詢過!實在是有良心的車行,善待出遠門的旅人,也不願意收費,非常好的體驗
