anyone who wants to shop from this site in the U.S stay away no trusted and the way you send payment tells you so . will not shop again . thanks for not accepting my payment after 3 weeks of notice and never told me or email me . what a joke

They have a great choice of airsoft stuff and they are English friendly ! 谢谢 ！ The price are really good. You have to be careful about what you will buy if you are traveling by plane

5 stars for great service and depth of knowledge. These guys are clearly subject matter experts on Taiwan and Japan made Airsoft products. They even got Panzerfaust replica movie props from the movie band of brothers on display. Cool.

Excellent selection, incredibly knowlegable staff (English-fluent, too!), and the most immaculate showroom I've ever seen in an airsoft shop. Like nothing we've got back home.

Not to be trusted. The real test of a good company is when there is a problem -and how they react to it. This is when Kic Airsoft Shop will badly let you down and only serve itself. I spent many hundreds of dollars on an item that proved to have a factory defect. It took a lot of lengthy correspondence and persuasion to even get the shop to acknowledge the problem and then eventually take the item back (at my further expense and effort) -so it could then be sent on from the shop to the factory for repair. After the faulty item arrived, it then took even more correspondence and debate to get the gun properly repaired. When the repaired gun was eventually returned to me, the item was missing a lot of its paperwork and collectable packaging. At that point the shop completely withdrew from any further support and expected me to accept that lost. Indeed Kic Airsoft shop feels that I am some sort of trouble problem customer and that any inconvenience experienced was just their own for some oddly selfish and highly inconsiderate reason. Like I had not already suffered enough negative experience to then be personally judged? I had to write hundreds and thousands of words, spend considerable amounts of money on shipping and was left constantly distressed throughout the whole situation. But no, the shop is the victim somehow??? Either way, this is a shop that ultimately only looks to service itself and will expect nothing more from you than just money -even if what you have paid for turns out to be rubbish. The shop has recently changed its terms and conditions that basically offer absolutely no customer protection whatsoever, but lots of extra ease and convenience for them to take money. The arrogant selfishness of the shop and it’s management has left a very lasting and negative impression. In some shops, the customer is put first. At Kic Airsoft shop, they really only put themselves first and you are only lucky as a customer not to get badly disappointed. My advice and personal experience is not to take that chance. There are much better Airsoft shops out there who will meet your requirements.
