顧客看到告示後，小姐還說什麼，因為妳有買白泥面膜了，用看看別的。。。

I used to go to Kiehl’s in the east and north. I didn’t expect to come to Tainan this time. I found that this service is the most cordial! Miss Zhang in the store has a good smile from the beginning to the end, making people feel at home, is a very happy consumer experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在全台很多間契爾氏消費過，這間真的是我遇過 服務態度最差的，櫃姐完全就是看不起人，愛理不理只會敷衍顧客，每年至少我也有消費兩到三萬，完全不理解公司怎麼會教育出如此囂張的一個櫃位。台南還有很多契爾氏，強烈建議大家都去別間買。
There are many Kiehl’s consumers in Taiwan. This one is really the worst service attitude I have ever encountered. The cabinet sister completely looks down on people and will only perfunctory customers. At least I spend 20,000 to 30,000 yuan every year. Understand how the company can educate such an arrogant counter. There are many Kiehl's in Tainan, and I strongly recommend that everyone buy them elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天跑去買了限定特大瓶金盞花化妝水，看到旁邊的DM什麼冰河蛋白保濕霜，跟小姐要試用品，沒主動給也不打緊，因為那本來就不是SOP，結果給我潔面乳.........，精華液之後再塗上去怎麼黏黏的.......淦，原來是潔面乳，整個再洗掉一次，浪費我的小黑瓶！主打潔面乳就是了！專心一點好嗎？

I asked the lady to try something. ......, how sticky it is after applying the essence... Gan, it turned out to be a cleanser, and I washed it off again, wasting my little black bottle! The main cleanser! Concentrate a little bit, okay?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了契爾氏商品的時間也6年多了，一直以來服遇到務人員的態度都超級好的，但今天新天地的服務人員態度真的超差（一位年紀偏大的櫃姐），等了10分鐘以上在旁邊直接被忽略接待下一個客人，領試用品時明明看到她自己按領取，後來掃不出來說我已經換過了她剛剛沒按，雖然試用品還是有給，但就一副我是奧客的感覺，因為自己也是第一線人員，所以很尊敬服務人員，一整個不知道在幹嘛欸，過程中語氣也都讓人感到相當不舒服?️
I have been buying Kiehl's products for more than 6 years. The attitude of the service staff has always been super good, but today the attitude of the service staff in Xintiandi is really bad (an older counter lady), wait. She was ignored for more than 10 minutes and received the next guest. When she received the sample product, she clearly saw that she pressed it by herself. Later, she couldn't scan it and said that I had changed it and she just didn't press it. I feel like an Aoke, because I am also a front-line staff, so I respect the service staff very much. I don’t know what I’m doing all the time, and the tone of the process makes people feel quite uncomfortable?️
