櫃姐服務態度需要再加強! 進去一副你要買就買的態度,也不多介紹 都要自己一一問才回答 因為喜歡產品還是買了,但之後不會再來這櫃位了!

來了好幾次,給了這個櫃位很多次機會 每次都在想,是不是我的誤會 但每去ㄧ次就失望ㄧ次 「京站的櫃姐態度差真的不只ㄧ次」 臉臭到很鄙視來領試用包的客人 如果很不削領試用包的客人 就不要傳訊息來 會員專屬是去找你們受氣的嗎? 沒有工作熱忱 ,是否不要拖累品牌 要櫃姐幹麻 就收錢結帳給發票就好嗎 這麼不削介紹產品 沒有介紹 怎麼曉得適合用哪ㄧ種、需要用哪ㄧ款 台中、台茂的櫃姐都很親切 ㄧ踏入店內,會馬上詢問需求 也很熱心的為我介紹 即便當下沒有購物 也笑容滿面的給我試用包 回家試用覺得不錯,我都會回購! 實在跟京站櫃位 站著發呆的櫃姐天壤之別 明明住在台北 卻只能到外縣市買契爾氏商品 不但能得到完整的商品資訊 也不用看櫃姐的臉色買東西 不是說花錢最大,也不是客人最大 但也不用這麼擺臉色好嗎

櫃姨的態度跟專業度我非常不推❌❌❌ 沒買過契爾氏產品的人請去別家靠櫃? 首先,我完全沒用過契爾氏的產品!被美妝油土伯生火幾項產品趁著週年慶靠櫃看看。 一進門櫃姨(有年紀真的不算姐)問我找什麼,我拿出小紅瓶圖片,櫃姨直接搬出一袋約莫5000多元的組合推薦給我,我說我沒用過不想要那麼多,她就推另一組3900的,反正硬要推除了小紅瓶以外還包含另一種正貨產品的組合⋯⋯ 過程中我明確跟櫃姨說❶沒用過你家產品❷我皮膚敏感很難找到適合的❸我不想那麼多瓶瓶罐罐這三句話! 完全是忽略客戶的需求了!狂推猛推你的組合,划算又怎樣,用了不適合還不是當垃圾!我寧願單買啊,已經講了要單買兩次還叫我考慮看看組合,真的超級莫名其妙!!!!! 還有我問她推的組合的產品主打什麼效果,竟然翻DM遞給我要我自己看??‍♀️⁉️❓ 請問是路邊抓一個阿姨就能來當契爾氏櫃姐嗎??? 產品功效背都不背?一個新品沒背就算了,其他我都看好幾年了妳櫃姐竟然講不出來?超級誇張!要把我當綿羊宰好歹專業一點講的跟真的一樣,而不是要我翻DM,自己卻站在旁邊當空氣! 然後結帳時問我有沒有京站會員,我報了身分證字號沒有會員後,就這樣了。送了三包試用。 /// 可以去我帳號看看同天我去SK-II的心得 簡直地獄跟天堂的差別??? 櫃姐聽到我沒京站會員馬上跟我說有會員有滿3800折400可以現折給我~還手把手教我怎麼下載開通會員,以我買的業績在SK-II來說根本不差我一個吧,阿櫃姐櫃哥四位溫柔親切的態度跟契爾氏比起來真的天壤之別!!!
