趁著 9 天連假的除夕前兩天,到巨城的 7樓餐廳用餐,結果發現餐廳的人超級少,每一家餐廳都不用像平常假日一樣大排長龍,今天就選了還沒吃過的「晴木千層豬排」來嚐嚐看。 分別點了『小千層A餐』、『里脊豬排套餐』(大)和『腰內豬排套餐』(大)來享用。主餐的餐點均附白飯、味噌湯、高麗菜絲、和小菜(醃漬蘿蔔乾和黑豆)都可續加。 『小千層A餐』:內含菠菜起司迷你千層、香脆鮮蝦、雞排和茶碗蒸,要價 420 元。主餐端出來時讓人覺得有點失望,因為整體份量跟菜單上面比較起來都小了一號。「菠菜起司迷你千層」比較小、「香脆鮮蝦」也比較瘦小(裹著厚厚的粉皮看似蠻大的,但蝦子卻沒什麼肉)、「雞排」也比較小片,份量大概只有照片上面的四分之三而已;擺盤的方式也跟照片有落差,有些隨便,而且全部都炸的偏黑色系,應該是火侯太大了。 口味的部分,「菠菜起司迷你千層」沒什麼菠菜及起司味,只吃到外皮硬硬的感覺;「香脆鮮蝦」也是只有吃到硬硬的外皮,蝦肉只有一點點;「雞排」炸的還算剛好,雞肉的熟度軟硬適中,尚可接受;而「茶碗蒸」就遜掉了,裡頭的用料不多,也沒有蛋香,水加太多,所以吃起來稀稀軟軟的沒味道。這道主餐要 420 元,相當不值得! 『里脊豬排套餐』(大):店員說里脊豬排的口感較偏硬,需要咬的比較久,但肉質的油花分佈較均勻,口感應該也會不錯。實際的主餐端上桌時,跟菠菜起司迷你千層有相同的問題,整體份量跟菜單上面比較起來都小了一號,即便是點大份的,也是約只有照片中的四分之三,擺盤也相當隨興,感覺不是很專業,同樣全部都炸的偏黑色系,看起來就黑黑的,不太吸引人,而且油都沒有瀝乾。口感的部分就和服務人員描述的差不多,確實要有些牙口的人,才能夠吃得順暢;不過因為油沒瀝乾的關係,吃到後半段會覺得有些油膩。這道主餐要 360 元,不值得! 『腰內豬排套餐』(大):主餐端上桌時,跟里脊豬排有相同的問題,整體份量跟菜單上面比較起來都小了一號,即便是點大份的,也是約只有照片中的四分之三,擺盤也是不夠認真,而且同樣全部都炸的偏黑色系,看起來就黑黑的,不太吸引人,而且油都沒有瀝乾。 腰內豬排的口感比較偏向軟綿,不像里脊豬排那麼硬,肉質比較含有水份,所以吃起來比較順口不咬舌,相當適合老人家、小朋友,和牙口較不好的人點這道主餐。這道主餐要 390 元,也不值得! 隨餐附的小菜和味噌湯就沒什麼特別長處,不用特別綴述。但要提一下的部分是,淋高麗菜絲的醬有兩種,和風醬和胡麻醬。我們發現他們的和風醬有點酸酸、帶有稍許的油耗味,吃起來覺得怪怪的,所以我們後來全部都是沾胡麻醬來吃。 整體而言是不滿意的,油膩的,因為當天店裡客人相當少,理論上廚房在準備餐食應該有相當充裕的時間,但卻發現所有的炸物炸的火候都太過,全部都炸的黑黑的,跟菜單上的顏色差很多,擺盤也很隨便;實際餐飲的份量跟菜單也有相當的落差,給人一種不太誠實的感覺,照片太誇大了些!現在的餐廳應該很少人這樣,通常食物都跟菜單不會落差太大才是。

Visited here after watching the news on internet, mille pork chop is really creative and interesting, i mean the taste ;), crispy outside and tender inside, quite fun during eating. Also recommend raindrop cake, quite authentic that enjoying this Japanese dessert without flying.

Well... Pretty good restaurant. Nice and friendly staffs with great food. Honestly, a bit expensive but still reasonable as I believed, soup, rice and veggies could be refilled ( I have only done soup ).

Found a cockroach ? in my salad. ? So they apologized and asked if we’d like a new salad. We refused and decided not to eat anything that wasn’t cooked. They gave us deep fried cartilage (one of my least favourite things to eat) as an apology and took NT$89 (that was 10%) off our bill. When we paid they asked if we would like a membership. ? We will not go back.
