這個工作態度很不ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1月1日去，兩位中年大媽店員服務態度很差。同一款包包，付錢之前店員說那一款還有出黑色（但因為店員也沒拿出來展示，我們就買了其他現場有展示的顏色）。
結完帳後走出去不到10分鐘，再回去詢問想看看黑色及是否能夠改換黑色，店員竟說那款包沒有黑色......還說句「抱歉剛剛忘了告訴妳，outlet商品結帳是不能退換貨的」
服務態度令人不敢恭維
I went on January 1, and the two middle-aged aunts had a poor service attitude. Before paying for the same bag, the clerk said that it was still available in black (but because the clerk did not show it, we bought other colors on display).
I went out for less than 10 minutes after the checkout, and then went back and asked if I wanted to see the black color and whether it could be changed to black. The clerk said that the bag is not black... and said, "I'm sorry I forgot to tell you, outlet Commodity checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.”
Service attitude is unsatisfactory

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩位中年婦女店員非常不專業，包包綁帶是錯的，產品介紹也不清不楚。
最誇張的是結帳時說價格牌標錯了，結帳金額變高理直氣壯完全沒有道歉的意思，退款還愛理不理的樣子，連結帳機台也不會操作。
貴司的產品不錯，但員工的挑選與訓練差得不得了。請注意員工素質，謝謝。
