★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pricey but the selection is great, especially the dessert section. They offer a variety of cuisines and have a generous sashimi/seafood bar. Hot foods include local favourites as well as a few western dishes and fragrant curries/chutneys. The drinks section is pretty standard and I didn't see anyone tending bar. The dessert section consisted of a crepe station, an assortment of gateax cakes, a few Asian desserts and other small delights, not to mention 2 Haagen-Dazs freezers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like the most number 1 is cow crab, with lots crab butter during February when I visited. Number 2 is grilled salmon, salted-baked with an incredible whole salmon. And the number3 my favorite is fried lamb and おにぎり, esp aburi susi. The rice under the fish is tasty.
In Sheraton, we feel free to take our time to eat and get food. Nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Environment is good. I do like the beef, dessert, and ice cream! However, the test of the sashimi is not as good as I expected.
It will be my first choice for celebrating the birthday since the birthday discount is really attractive!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time queued up for buffet in hotel. The food and service is decent. Seafood and dessert are good! But packed with people queued up in every section for food. Really depends on if you could accept waiting every time you want to grab some food. Apparently not for me.

Hot food: beef, mushrooms pasta, tofu, roasted duck.
The fruit kimchi (Salad area) is excellent.
All the deserts are amazing: macaron, canelé, souflé. Kudo to the Chef patissier to make them so tasty and delicate.
All the seafood were just average unfortunately.
If you're into buffet, the other one to absolutely try is "Latest Recipe" in Le Meridien. More expensive but worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is near MRT station, very convenient to come here for dining. Food is good but not various as expected. The distance between seat to seat is more spacious than other all-you-can-eat restaurants. The desserts are delicate and yummy (I always skips desserts in other restaurants, but here I ate about five cakes). Staffs here are friendly and frequently asked to take away empty bowls, plates, trays). Overall dining experience is good, but considering it’s high price and not various, it cannot go for fifth star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally absurd lobster banquet. The lobster meat was soft and not elastic, a sign of non-fresh. The dishes of lobsters were monotonously over-stewed. Not tasty at all. There was nothing special in all other dishes. That perfectly explains why there were still empty tables during even holidays. The quality of Kitchen 12 is terribly mediocre, in sharp contrast to its relatively high cost.
