★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs was very helpful as there was a mix up in the room. They enough bother to give me a oversea call and follow up with a lot of email to sort out the issue. The hotel is clean easy to check in and staffs was very helpful! Thank you Ice and Kenny for helping us to get the room number sort out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking is very easy and convenient. You don't have to be confuse when meeting with the guide/driver since they email the driver's name, phone number and plate number.
They brought us to picturesque restaurant for lunch where the food is excellent.
All in all, we had a great experience from booking till tge end of the trip.

Only the booking process is online, but if you need a refund, It's a badly designed offline process.
If there is an option, I would recommend booking with TripAdvisor or anyone else where the user experience is better and up to date and does not involve postage, and mail stamps, and 3 months.

I had booked activity/experience package from Klook twice in my life. Both canceled because they are sold out. I don’t think it’s fair to charge customers first and then tell them you don’t have the tickets you claimed to have in the website. It takes two days to confirm the the package/tour you purchase, I highly recommend you guys just go to the official website to buy what you need( cheaper and guaranteed to have the product they are ready to sold)
I report my service experiences to their staff via email however they do not reply my concerns and only proceed the refund procedures with canned message.
Be careful to plan your trip when you use this company for tour planning. Make sure double confirm before you pay and before you plan other stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm on a Klook One Day Tour that originates from Taipei MRT Station.
For 1650 NTD, the places on the tour schedule are: Yehliu Geopark, Scenic Spot, Golden Waterfall, Jiufen Old Street, Shifen Waterfall and Shifen Old Street.
The weather was around 19 Celsius but drizzling the whole trip.
Our trip began at 08:30 and ended about 18:00.
Both our tour guide Tommy and our driver were excellent!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always check klook before I go abroad for good offerings. My recent trip using klook was to Hanoi where I booked the tam coc day trip. The trip was very nice - tour guide came in on time and we were in a group with two Japanese couple and a backpacker form holland. The tour was quite insightful with tour guide telling us the history of the place.
Booking process was also quite easy - received my ticket instantly after booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a new user; it's easy to setup a Klook account, plan a day tour with two nights hotel. Our friendly tour guide contacted us via text messages; he also possesses rich knowledge about local history. Just wish it will be a phone service if needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DUN USE KLOOK . THEY ARE WORST TRAVEL PROVIDER EXPLOITING CONSUMER
I booked a hk disney ticket which I could use in jan 2022 fro my wife birthday. The ticket validity till 5 mar 2022. Due to govt Covid restriction the theme park is closed . As Klook could not fulfill its service terms I would expect they could refund . On 5 mar i contact the platform and organised how to refund. They pretend losing my line and quit but suddenly extended ticket to 15 apr. actually this is not a serviceable terms , as govt restriction is till 21 apr . On 15 apr i sent my request of refund , but they suddenly sent to my email account to extend till 14 jun . I feel furious because they played trick and made us impossible to have choice under their unserviceable conditions
