客人今日消費隱形眼鏡，一般都是查詢資料後確認度數、使用系列給予，總體而言顧客認為他的作業速度緩慢（店內就我們這一組客人），講話得罪到客人！導致與顧客發生衝突！顧客被氣到了！
I was shopping in this store this morning. An elderly male clerk with thinning hair was too slow to help customers find information. The customer spent 250 yuan to pay by credit card, but he wondered why the customer did not pay in cash.
When customers consume contact lenses today, they usually check the information and confirm the degree and use the series to give them. Generally speaking, the customer thinks that his work is slow (our group of guests in the store), and his speech is offensive to the guest! Lead to conflicts with customers! The customer is mad!
