★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洗衣機故障 無法排水 維修拖10幾天 推給叫料 沒現場看過就說是啟動馬達故障 實際卻不是 是壓力控制器的問題 壞A報B 然後帶回去拆解維修 結果送回來還是沒修好 然後又帶回去檢修保固 又拖了10幾天 才送回來。
還有次不過是換個進水電磁閥 報價1800，前提還是告知有料的情況下，說你有料想省錢自己修，態度跩的跟什麼一樣，一顆星都不想給。
店家誠信、態度有問題，建議去電前做好心理準備。
The washing machine is faulty and can’t be drained for maintenance. It’s been delayed for 10 days. I didn’t see it on the spot. I said it’s a starter motor failure, but it’s not a pressure controller. It took another 10 days to go back for maintenance and warranty before sending it back.
Another time it was just to change the water inlet solenoid valve. The price was 1800. The premise was that if you had the information, you said that you might want to save money and fix it yourself. The attitude is the same as anything, and you don't want to give it a star.
If the store has problems with integrity and attitude, it is recommended to be mentally prepared before calling.
