客美多咖啡 Komeda‘s Coffee - 林口長庚店

今天是2022.1.26星期三下午，初次來此享用下午茶的套餐（飲料+草莓香緹蛋糕）因為我下午時間不能喝咖啡所又想吃紅豆所以點「葵」本來想喝熱飲，親切的服務人員告知熱飲是加奶油而冷飲則是加鮮奶，所以我點冷飲並告知要去冰，但服務人員告知若去冰就無法做跟菜單上一樣的漸層，所以決定不去冰。 #喜歡這裡的環境、親切服務、美味餐點！

吃過很多樣東西，喜歡黑咖啡送的蛋沙拉厚片>奶油松露義大利麵>+90早餐套餐>波隆那義大利麵。冰火吃起來有點普。廁所有免治馬桶很舒服?

〈總匯烤土司$160〉 鬆軟的吐司烤的外層焦脆，三片吐司中間夾著小黃瓜、火腿片、生菜、水煮蛋沙拉，味道適中。 〈Komeda咖啡(大)$150〉 咖啡香氣很濃烈，嘗一口是微苦沒甚麼酸味，附上了鮮奶油，就連著桌上的糖包一起加進去，結果更凸顯咖啡酸味，還是喝原味就好。 〈松露培根奶油義大利麵$210〉 味道上感覺不出有松露，不過是還不錯的培根奶油義大利麵。 整體而言覺得食物尚可價格偏貴，來這邊用餐大概也是想要體驗在日本的感覺，多花些錢就當作自己身在日本吧，哈哈。 時間：2021/12

餐點不錯，氣氛也還可以，拿鐵跟星巴克比起來，咖啡味稍重一些，漢堡口感較清爽不是美式的重口味，雞塊還可以。照燒雞腿吐司吃到後面會覺得有些膩。11點前送的厚片超好吃。

A very cozy place to enjoy the breakfast time, and the value-price ratio for the breakfast special is reasonably high (i.e., 早上11點前點飲料贈送吐司). In general, I would recommend this coffee shop to others. How could the coffee shop improve its service? 1. The server made a mistake in presenting a wrong breakfast item to the table. Although the server immediately recognized his mistake and indicated his willingness to correct the mistake (by replacing the wrong-item with the correct one), I declined the offer so that no food would be wasted (I assume that the server would dump the wrong breakfast item). The server could better handle the service failure by voluntarily offering a 10-15% discount or offering a free to-go coffee (which costs literally nothing to the shop). 2. One minor concern is the lack of transparent partition board (隔板) in the seating area (at least between different tables) when the level of national epidemic alert remains to be Level-3 in the end of July 2021.

Very Good ! Japanese brunch restaurant, there are so many delicious food from here,the price is a bit expensive. The service staff is very busy,the serving speed is a bit slow. It is recommended that employers can hire more manpower.
