★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 服務人員有耐心地跟我們說明包廂計費方式，送餐時也很有禮貌，態度很好，麥克風的音質和收音很好，也有直立式麥克風，唱起來好聽，在新竹很常會來的KTV，給五顆星支持！現在來唱歌還送海尼根喔！
 The service staff patiently explained the billing method of the box to us. They were also very polite and good attitude when delivering meals. 很像一間間的高級旅館哈哈。
設備唱到一半有突然自動關機，
人員很快就進來處理。
基本上電話打過去都很快給予服務、協助。
彭大海不錯喝，剛來會燙口要小心。
希望手機點歌的平台可以再做的更好，
搜尋的部分不是很方便。
唱歌時，蠻多人覺得背景音樂聲過小的問題。
價格上多人分下來倒是蠻划算的～
The decoration atmosphere is very high-end,

Basically, the phone calls are quickly given service and assistance.
Peng Dahai is a good drink, but be careful when your mouth is hot.
I hope that the platform for ordering songs on mobile phones can do better.
The search part is not very convenient.
When singing, many people feel that the background music is too low.
It's quite a bargain for the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you don’t book and reserve, here is a little easier to access than Haliday. However huge smoke smell in the room. The price is acceptable. About $420 per people for 4 hrs in the weekend. It’s annoying staff and police will come in randomly
