★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去那要實聯制要掃qrcode沒問題，但才晚上17點多去消費又要看身分證說因為是實聯制的關係，實聯制只要聯絡的到對方就好，今天個資如果外洩被騙你們要負責賠償嗎？

打電話詢問的跟到現場詢問的結果跟本不一樣
服務人員態度也不佳
寧願去前面凱悅服務人員態度還比較好
下次不會再來消費了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第二次光顧消費 因為連假期間所以下午打電話問消費方式 服務人員說只要有會員卡 就可以包廂打8折 說認卡不認人 如果需要也可以當天辦工本費200 電話中詢問服務人員生日的方案
說可以5選一優惠其中有500元抵用卷可以當天抵用
到現場後 詢問櫃檯今天有壽星的話有需要先出示證件嗎？她回答我不用 到最後拿給服務人員
進來包廂後 我問帶位的人員是結帳給證件就好了嗎？她回答我說 要會員是壽星才可以 我說好 那我今天辦可以嗎？跟我說不行！本來我們就沒有打算今天使用 後來又說包廂8折認人不認卡 真的搞不懂
這樣的方式是要把客人騙來消費之後在跟我說
很抱歉我們會再去詢問接電話那個服務生
問完然後呢？你們員工訓練有問題 要消費者承擔？建議你們啦~櫃檯人員麻煩安排一個服務態度比較好的可以嗎？第一次光顧覺得不錯！
今天消費後 還是建議大家去凱悅吧！
