7:30入場,點了兩鍋熱湯(剝皮辣椒雞湯跟苦瓜排骨),店員也複誦一次,等了一個半,問才知道根本沒點到單,問了多次直到9:26才送來! 我就問熱湯要多久? 中間是有拿紫菜湯上來,但太久! 很誇張

整體環境還有服務態度都還不錯 蠻可惜的就是歌曲沒有跟上,新歌幾乎都是沒怎麼聽過的

第一次去沒太注意服務人員的態度與其它細節…但能確定的是我唱得都很好聽!但還是想問:消費者離場時難道連一句謝謝光臨都很難開口嗎?!

週末跟朋友夜唱6小時,前台的服務員很仔細的介紹剩下的包廂跟費用 歌太少了,少到出乎意料之外,我以為台灣的KTV歌會齊全很多 外語歌曲很多沒有,很多還不是原版MV 手機跟機台點歌有些樂團跟歌手點開也是空的沒歌,手機點歌介面不好用 下次找別家了

連一顆都不想給。 今天早上去櫃檯服務人員服務態度超差,叫我們上5樓,會有人員帶我們進包廂,重點是我們在場5位的確都聽到是5樓。 上了5樓後等了10分鐘多才有服務人員上來,態度也不是很好:「你們在這裡做什麼,這裡不開放阿」 5樓不開放,櫃檯人員難道不知道嗎==,還直接跟我們說上5樓。 隔音差麥克風差,按服務鈴超多次才來,完全不會再去,謝謝??

連兩個周末都在這裡唱歌, 幫會員累積點數主動詢問難道不是基本嗎? 不然就不用弄什麼會員制度阿。 我就說我有會員,但還是拿了信用卡匆忙就走了, 總共詢問了三次,最後一次我說那我可以累積點數嗎? 櫃台人員語氣很為難說:痾...所以你要累計點數喔..,然後嘆一口大氣轉身,是怕我聽不見嗎? 台南唱歌這裡偏貴,包廂特別小又有煙味,餐點也普通,服務生更是按鈴不會來,這些都還能體諒,但我已經主動詢問了,卻沒有得到好的回應, 這樣消極不禮貌的態度,真是讓人不會想來消費了。
