★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Common hot spring is ok, but sugguest than room hotspring water is must more better than the common hotspring water. The foods serve at the restrarant is fix package depend to pax, and no A Lar Carte order!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: affordable. Good location. Free hot springs water in room. Extremely friendly staff. Great meals included, with excellent service.
Cons: at the bottom of the hill. Nearby souvenirs overpriced. Thin walls and many noisy guests.
Overall: good service for the price. A bit outdated with thin walls. Bring ear plugs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms were cosy and clean, though a little small... But we were there for the hot springs ♨ so we didn't use the room much anyway.
The pools and saunas areas are quite extensive, with lots of variety, including an specific pool area for the children. Highly recommend!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot springs are really great and I like that you have a private bath in your room as well. Food is ok for the price and the views of the surrounding landscapes are amazing.
The rooms need some improvement, however. They are old and dusty and have some ants going around. Without this, I feel like Ku Kuan might be an excellent choice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms were clean and not super old out of date like many typical hotels in these hot spring towns. River facing side of the hotel is very nice worth it. The other side of hotel rooms face a wall and drive way (which the cheaper rooms are on. The hotel spa pool area was also nicely layer out. Even have the fish pool spas. Hotel staff were nice and attentive. Lobby area is westernized. Location for this hot spring town is pretty optimal and right in the middle of everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We enjoy this place. We've come a few times, but mostly because we find good deals. With the room we receive an afternoon tea, dinner, breakfast, and the use of the hot springs pool. It's a large hotel, and it is full most times we have come here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good price for a bundle of breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The location is right mext to the river, next to the suspension bridge, interior with delicated Japanese spa pool along with soft music. However, the sound proofing ia terrible that i can hear karaoke sounds that goes on till 22:30, and people running from the upper floor. So if you are okay with noise issue, this is a great hotel, if not, think again!
