★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The attitude is really disappointing! We were supposed to buy an AEG rifle but the salesperson did not even bother to entertain us, as if we don't have money to buy! The service is extremely bad. I ordered online and it took them almost a month to deliver the stuff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid them to upgrade my pistol. When I got it back the performance was extremely disappointing, there were problems with the slide and feeding. I watched the employee mod the pistol and in the process, he dropped my inner barrel and cracked some parts. As an introvert, I acted like I didn't see it to avoid having to confront him about it. He also had horrible attitude and sounded like he didn't want to work there. I've seen man warnings about their attitudes and service online and I should've listened. Some of them are fine but the majority of them have issues. I would most definitely never ever go back again. There are few other stores in Taipei and I recommend avoiding this one. Even ordering online is a better choice. Extremely unprofessional and dishonest. I would rather never go back again then to request for a refund.
