強調好幾次時間已到，居然要我在現場等20分，多次說明才勉強先幫我做⋯大家可以看看店家後來在下面的回覆，可見他們不知道什麼是外送的自取，我在店家自取回覆的時間去取，我知道現場等一下是難免，但他們要我等的是20分鐘（我訂一杯），跟他們自己設定的自取時間差超多，這還叫自取嗎？我乾脆現場排隊就好了⋯更扯的是我有測試再訂一次的話，自取時間是五分鐘，明顯是他們設錯自取時間，卻搞得好像是我插隊⋯

Obviously they set the pick-up time wrong, but they make it seem like I'm jumping in the queue...
