★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天搭從埔里出發往台北，坐位在最後一排，幾乎吹不到冷氣。非常時期要求乘客全程帶口罩真的很不錯，但相對的，沒有冷氣真的感到很悶！要窒息了的感覺。常搭往返偶爾會有遇到車上冷氣不涼的情況，但今天第一次坐在最後面，感受特別強烈。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 按照時刻表，今天 20:10 應該從圓山站發車的國光客運臨時取消，也不提早公布在網站上，人都已經在現場候車，才知道車子要 20:50 才會來。因此，提早到場等車的家人，等於站足了將近 1 小時才會有車。如果提早公布在網站上有這麼困難，是不是結束營運比較快？
