我要到台中 結果站務人員真的給我到台中的(水湳) 但其實我要到台中朝馬 第一次搭國光 我不知道他們有分兩站 價錢收費也不一樣 我覺得站務員應該確認要到台中的哪 不然我第一次搭會搞混

晚班胖的那個態度很差,不知道是不是國光的員工訓練很有事,但早上來買票,白天班的年輕員工卻友善禮貌,真的是沒有比較沒有傷害

剛剛帶了國外朋友坐了貴公司重陽路站的客運,台北往桃園機場方向,值班先生態度相當傲慢,從買票開始就一直在講電話,從頭到尾只說了票價,完全沒有要告知有沒有位子以及班次的時間,想跟他確認問題他卻只顧著講電話,當我請他上班可以有上班的樣子嗎他竟然馬上翻臉,提高音量大聲咆哮還馬上站起來一副流氓的樣子,我跟我國外朋友兩個女生深感不可思議!而值班先生理直氣壯地舉起電話說這是公務電話,但身為台灣人的我當然聽得懂他們的對話內容,不是在說上班很累就是在說禮拜三要怎麼約,對於我客氣詢問班次的問題除了不耐煩就是敷衍。當然我知道大夜班很辛苦,但售票人員提供搭乘資訊這是基本的吧?公務電話也不是拿來閑聊的吧?閑聊也不是在客人有問題的時候吧?我不是每天在搭乘客運,但由衷的希望貴公司不要因為他一人的行為,嚴重損傷貴公司的形象,抹滅掉其他人員的努力。

這真的是一個很感動的故事,今天在台北轉運站買台北到台中240的車票,我給500然後櫃檯小姐可能以為我給300所以只找我60,我因為趕著上去搭車所以沒看就走了,上車才發現怎麼找錯錢,原本超不爽但是只能怪自己沒檢查想說算了。沒想到過不到十分鐘車子停靠重陽站司機說櫃檯小姐找我,結果重陽站的櫃檯小姐拿200上車來給我說剛剛轉運站那邊找錯了。雖然愛只是200塊,但是當下真的嚇一跳又有點感動。這以員工培訓的角度看真的很棒!(重點我買的是補位車票上面連座位號碼都沒有,服務人員到底怎麼知道是我)

I didn't expect that the car stopped at Chongyang Station in less than ten minutes. The driver said that the lady at the counter was looking for me, but the lady at the counter at Chongyang Station took 200 to get on the bus and told me that I had just found the wrong place at the transfer station. 晚上值班的戴眼鏡中年大叔講話很酸=_= 問個問題也能酸來酸去, 還跟人聊天聊得很大聲忘記後面有其他人要詢問買票, 本來想搭國光就是因為服務態度差決定搭別間。
