有一個短髮及肩、沒戴眼鏡的中年女性站務員,講話真的有夠嘲諷,嘴巴一直喊要等很久歡迎退票,真的是生眼睛發眉毛第一次聽到這樣招待旅客的,賣票的時候也沒有說要等多久,當大家時間盤子陪她耗喔

我是搭乘7/21(三)09:30從楠梓出發要到林口的旅客,我在網路上有先訂購該班車票並選定15號座位(留有票根為證),並按照規定在搭車前10分鐘以前到站取票。然而,在搭車上車時有一位先上車的旅客坐了我的座位,我拿出票根告知他15號位是我的座位,他卻反覆陳述司機告知他上車後隨意入座,因此不願讓座,當下我立即至車前找司機及楠梓站站務員反映,卻得到「先上車就是先找座位」「你自己找空位坐」等答覆,兩位並不願意妥善處理此問題,希望貴公司重視此問題與事件,謝謝!
I am a passenger who departs from Nanzih to Linkou on 7/21 (Wednesday) at 09:30. I first booked the shuttle ticket on the Internet and selected seat 15 (with the ticket stub as proof), and took the bus according to the regulations. 附近超商有全家和711,通常晚上會大塞車,建議多搭乘大眾運輸工具比較方便。

覺得這邊 楠梓算是高雄第二出入多客運站 地方政府應該聯合輔導國光跟其他三家業者 找在高速公路附近周圍空地設置大型楠梓轉運站及商場!因應台積新廠及橋科上班族需求!

I forgot my glasses on the bus on the way to Nanzi. Came back the next day, and the lady did above and beyond to find it for me, and had it delivered to the bus station closet to my apartment. Big thank you.

Nice cashier, good service she know what i mean, even i can't speak Chinese. But need more sign in the outside, because i belong to Google map, so it hard to identify when i looking for the first time. At least sign in english ?
