Just grab an uber to this bus terminal, Bus was 130NTD.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There seems to be an obsession with turning off the air conditioning when the temperature drops below c35 degrees which makes it an uncomfortable place to wait for the bus. The maddeningly short, but dangerously tiled, distance from the main station building is a frustration on (common) rainy days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just besides Taipei Main Station, a few minutes walk from there, there are fewer bus service available, most of the bus service has been relocated to Taipei Bus Station. Only a few long haul commuting bus service is remaining here, including 1813 to Kee Lung, 1815 to Yehliu, Jinshan and 1819 to Taoyuan Aiport. There are only one convenient store available, public restroom have to climb one level up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bus station next to Taipei mainstation where you can take 1819 bus to Taoyuan airport. About 45 min to 1 hour. Found that it was a lot easier if you have large luggage than navigating underground path if you take MRT to airport

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If going to Keelung, ride bus 1813 straight away. No need to buy ticket at the counter. Also, you will be the one to put your luggage in and out of the bus trunk. We also rode bus from the airport. Convenient and at the same time you can sleep during the trip. Free wifi on board too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The main feature of this bus station is that it is the home to the Airport bus to Taoyuan. The buses run on a 24hr schedule and is more convenient for early travellers (trains don't run from 12am-6am).
Otherwise basic with a few convenience stores. Remember which airline you fly with so you can get off at the right terminal.
