★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭份國光真的蠻爛的。跟站務員還有司機沒太大的關係，應該是體制的問題。班班都在誤點，座位擠到不行。後幾排只要有人想躺睡，一放椅子後座乘客就倒霉。非常不人性化，求其他業者取代國光

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 都已經減班了！每次還不準時，19:20的車要19:50才搭得上，浪費乘客的時間。重點是前面19:15有一班加班車，讓補位的人先上車，我們這種先預訂好位子的人卻要忍受這樣的誤點。整個車站或站務人員都沒有說可能會誤點多久？就讓乘客瞎等，廢到不行，這樣的服務品質是不行的，爛公司!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 頭份站上車的人那麼多，班次還變超級少，晚餐過後幾乎一小時一班車，問有沒有加班車，回答我說：不知道，有可能有。人已經一堆在排隊了，站務人員還在那邊繼續賣票，到底把我們乘客當不當一回事？
PS.等車超過一小時還在等…..
There are so many people getting on the bus at Toufen Station, and the frequency of the bus has become extremely small. There is almost an hour after dinner. I asked if there was an extra bus. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 把乘客晾在頭份轉運站超過半小時，什麼都不講，過了半小時才上來說要換車，然後又等了20分鐘，公司處理突發事件的第一步不是該先說明嗎？完全沒做，然後就丟包乘客，那我未來是不是搭車前都要想這台車是不是會有狀況？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buses are always late... really always late and there's only one bus in an hour that couldn't take all passengers, like the management is very poor as they don't know what to do when the queue is very long And most of the seats are full, they can at least have a backup bus to service people that are waiting for hours just to get a ride.
