★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日欲搭乘1766班次的國光客運,聽到廣播要上車時,走到指定上車的月台,司機就立即關門且將燈光關閉,廣播完不超過10秒就關門,正當我還搞不清楚狀況時,車子就開走了,拜託不想載客就不要停靠,已經第二次了,客服信箱也沒有回應,真的對國光客運的處理態度很失望,站內人員也完全沒有要處理的意思,就坐在裡面噴酒精,根本鬧事
如果不是一定要給一顆星,服務品質真的連半顆星都不到,真的讓人很生氣欸

車開到約在環山時和司機反應車內一名乘客全程都不戴口罩和嘔吐,司機有馬上停車請乘客戴口罩。但那位乘客身體有狀況又嘔吐(嘔吐時必需把口罩取下),且嘔吐時飛沫傳染加上車內密閉空間,我當下有建議司機應該要請嘔吐客在武陵農場下車,請武陵遊客中心人員判斷是否叫救護車載嘔吐客下山,而不是一路將嘔吐客載到宜蘭平地。但車開進武陵農場司機也毫無作爲甚至也沒量嘔吐客體溫。
且司機還對我說若我介意可以往後座...這是什麽提議??當下我回我已經座很後面了....
這也反應貴司職工人員危機反應遲鈍不足,讓乘客曝露危機環境中長達好幾小時。會注意這個月新聞,若有新聞報出確診者和國光客運有關係我會和1922反應這件事。(第一封申訴內文)
回到宜蘭火車站我打給羅東站站長申訴此事,電話中有說明不樂見司機被惩處因爲最有問題是國光客運,公司有義務幫助司機員提升危機訓練素質。站長回覆有與司機了解過程,司機當下評斷只是單純暈車且我座在後面......我電話回:重點車上沒有ㄧ位乘客有醫師職照,何來判斷嘔吐客只是單純暈車?且座在後面就保證安全?
第二封申訴文有提到希望這2天國光客運有回覆,不然會向公路總局申訴,會向公路總局建議1751路線不動,但只砍國光賺錢的路線。

The second petition mentioned that we hope that Guoguang Passenger Transport will have a reply during the two days, otherwise it will appeal to the State Highway Administration and suggest to the State Highway Administration that the 1751 route should not move, but only the route that Guoguang makes money.
